The "two words" country is way too broad, as there are many countries fitting the category, same with z, I think it should include both Zambia and Zimbabwe

Ah ok, but I really think you should put in the answer box something like "Zambia/Zimbabwe"

There are a few questions with more than one right answer. Tuvalu also starts with T. And for the landlocked

countries in africa, Burundi and Burkina Faso should also count. And "east of china" is also not really specific.

Yeah, Jamaica, East of China ? If we think more, every country is at East of China. For me Jamaica is way to the West of China.

It looks like island countries count for "An island that starts with T" regardless of whether the country has only one island. The absence of Taiwan and Trinidad and Tobago from this quiz baffles me.

Costa Rica isn't an island btw. Also, I'm not a huge fan of the green color... maybe just leave it white? Its a bit much don't you think?

Did you mean to say the Scandinavian Peninsula? Scandinavia is Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The Nordic Countries are Scandinavia + Finland & Iceland, although the Baltic country Estonia has constantly wanted to be considered Nordic.
