In the books Hama was killed by Uruks while defending the gates of Helms Deep, not by a warg. Also Bolg was killed by Beorn, and Azog by Dáin II Ironfoot, and it doesnt mention who killed Fili and Kili in the books. And Adar isn't even in the books. But other than that, its a great quiz :)
