Nice! However, some mistakes:

Bolivia and India have more official languages than South Africa

There are several other countries with a Mount Olympus, so maybe something like "shares its name with several mountains on Earth, the tallest being in this country". You can't say "tallest mountain in this country" unless you also want to include Cyprus

The first two sources I found listed Luxembourg as drinking the most coffee per capita, so you could either give your source or change your answer

And there are many countries without rivers so you should specify you want the biggest one
