Ensure a clear path and safe stop point, then pull over

Loosen the lug nuts on the tire slightly before raising the car
Take off the lug nuts before raising the car
Put the jack anywhere on the underside of the car
Put the jack on a pinch weld and raise the car
Once raised, take off the tire and put on the spare
Take off all your tires in case they're all compromised
Once raised, set the car on a cinderblock so it stays up
Mostly tighten the lug nuts on the spare before lowering
After the spare is on, lower the car and tighten nuts fully
With a spare on, drive under 50 mph to a mechanic
Avoid driving further than 50 miles with the spare on
Over-inflate the other tires to compensate for the flat
