Animals Which Have Preyed on Humans

List all the animals which have been recorded as killing and eating people in the last century
Only recorded fatalities from wild animals. Does not include cases of carrion scavenging or attacks from animals in zoos.
Does not include parasites:eg mosquitos
This list is likely incomplete. largely based on Wikipedia-fatality counts, left out several species which have vague accounts of human predation but I could not confirm.
Note that for the vast majority of these animals, this is not normal behavior. If an animal here surprises you, it was probably not an adult and it was probably only a single case.

Did have a quick moment of indecision about this quiz. Wanted to make it as I find the topic interesting, but ethically, while I doubt this quiz will make a lot of an impact, categorizing animals as man eaters, as monsters, and sensationalizing that aspect of them over everything else, is probably not a good thing. I worry focusing on the monster instead of the dangerous animal changes the perception of the animal away from everything else into a monster which should be controlled to keep us safe Ended up deciding to post it anyways as I figured I could quell my mild discomfort with this quiz with a comment pointing out the inherent issue with this.

Left out several catfish species, several piranha species, giant groupers, and humboldt squid, all of which might concievably prey on people, and have anecdotal accounts of them doing so. In those cases, I have a hard time finding accounts that prove that the person didn't drown first, or conclusively determine the species at fault

Would you accept puma/cougar/panther for Mountain Lion? They're the same thing.
