First of all they are according to many sources online including https://www.statistik.at/ and wikipedia. Wals-Siezenheim (or Wals) is a municipality, Lustenau is a 'market town' and Hohenems is also a city. I am using another source called 'top10cities'. This might not be the most trustworthy, which i might change the source to another one, but at least you now know that these are considered towns at least according to the official provider of federal statistics in Austria.
I still need to check over it again so you might not be entirely wrong
you think its alright if i rename this quiz to cities and towns?
btw thanks for the feedback
