Some values are pulled from censuses while others (especially for Russian and Turkish cities) are VERY rough estimates.

I began on the right track by guessing Russian places, should have kept going, but then got off course and forgot to come back to it.

paris is the western city with most muslims just Algerians are at themselves more than 900k and with all the moroccans Tunisians Turkish Kurdish Malians senegalese Ivorians guineans Pakistanis afghans comorians and many other muslim countries in Paris I think there's like more than 3m

but we don't have ethnic and religious statistics in France you can look at Insee "immigree Paris 2022" there's census about immigrants"

Yes, but that's across the metro area, which has over 13 million people, but since I'm going by city proper, it narrows it down to the 2 million people who live in the actual city proper area of Paris.
