San Juan (the Puerto Rico one, not the Argentina one_, Buenos Aires, Medellin, Santo Domingo (the Dominican Republic one, not the Venezuela one) Phoenix Dallas, Houston and Mexico City also have two commercial airports each, *Well Mexico has four, if you count Toluca and Puebla)

Also, London has City, Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Southend and Stansted, all of which are commercial so technicallu, they have six, not two.
