There are many errors with this quiz. First, just "Nile" should be accepted. Also, largest river in the world is quite ambiguous. Could it be by volume, or length? Also, if I look at the quiz and answer states, why do I see "The Red Sea or Red Sea" or "Nile or the Nile River". In addition, 12 does not work for "How many countries are in South America?" Before making any new quizzes, I suggest you learn how to use type-ins.
