Piet Mondrian coined his own style Neoplasticism, he was an important member of De Stijl. Both of those should take prevalence over Minimalism, which was a later movement that had other protagonists (Frank Stella, Sol Lewitt). He was a minimalist, like Picasso had minimalist paintings, but neither belonged to the movement, only inspired it.

Fernand Leger was a cubist, maybe a tubist, at best a futurist. What the hell kind of art movement is Machine Age?

Can you accept cubism for Leger? His form of "tubism" was in fact a part of the movement. I misread the directions and was trying to fill in the painting names LOL!! Wonderful quiz!!
