Next Big City on the Interstate

Given a starting city, an interstate, and a direction, name the next city with a population over 200,000 on that interstate.

The interstate must actually touch the city limits (including forming part of the boundary of the city) in order for it to count.

Three-digit loop and spur roads (ex. 405) do not count. Split interstates (ex. 35 splits into 35E and 35W) do count.

200,000 refers to the city proper population, based on the 2017 estimates from this source.

For reference, there are roughly 110 cities in the U.S. that fit this criterion.
