Updated to include the "Northeast & Piedmont Atlantic" state. Didn't think it belonged at first, but after consulting the map, it does, just barely.

What about West Virginia? (Great Lakes and Northeast).

It's close, but by my reading of the map from the source, while the area around Washington, D.C. (Northeast) does pass through the Eastern Panhandle and includes places such as Martinsburg, nothing in West Virginia makes it into Great Lakes territory. Wheeling is very close, but I see it as gray, not orange.

Yes, but if you look directly west of Pittsburgh, that city could be no other than Weirton, West Virginia.

Okay I see it now. I was too far zoomed out on the map and it was only showing me Steubenville, Ohio. Didn't realize there was a city on the West Virginia side of the Ohio there. Should've looked closer.
