You go to manual mode and remove a bunch of blocks and rows, then color the cells #FFFFFF and you're done.

Yup, that's exactly how I did it. If you highlight the screen you can actually see a couple of blocks that are still there, just colored white.

I made that exact same quiz (actually 4), didn't upload / submit it, but this one is easy compared to what I made; I made the JetPunk-recognized Countries + The Countries from the "Countries 197 to 205" Quiz, and the others of that series, second one was U.S. States, third was my first + U.S. States, German states, Canadian Provinces and Territories, U.A.E Emirates, and Australian States, fourth was the third plus a Wikipedia list of all Territories. Could only finish the first 3, yet. But it took 2 tries to beat yours (missed Kenya on my first and almost missed Czechia / Czech Republic).
