LeBron James is considered to be from Looney Tunes, though if you're counting Wonder Woman, Batman and Superman separately instead of from DC Comics, I would consider LeBron to be from Space Jam. Great quiz though!

I would’ve put LeBron in the Looney Tunes/Space Jam series but I feel like that would give people the impression that there’s a third Looney Tunes original character in the game, like Daffy Duck or Marvin the Martian, rather than real-life basketball star LeBron James. It could definitely go either way though.
