Aren't parts of Georgia and Azerbaijan considered in Europe?

By some definitions, yes, but some regard the Caucasus countries as either all-Asian or all-European. I just went off the countries in darkest blue on this map: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Transcontinental_nations.svg

I think that you could add a few more in. Greece has islands in Asia. Spain, Portugal and Italy have islands in Africa. Trinidad is South American whilst Tobago is North American. Most of Indonesia is Asian though part of it is on New Guinea which is Oceanic. And shouldn't USA be included as Hawaii is also Oceanic? There may be others which I have left out.

I know for a fact that there are many more transcontinental countries than just these five.
