The writer of your source, doesn’t source his data. But I’m afraid it’s wrong. For example

There’s 2 universities in Bristol

There’s 2 in cardiff

He does, he uses data from the centre of cities/pua. Also I used his list for the top 10, since it seems reliable. Also it is a top 10, so he may have just put the most populous 2 cities in 9th and 10th. I mean there are 2 universities in Newcastle and Sheffield.

The issue is there are more cities with multiple universities such as Oxford, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Guildford and Coventry
