Should be Psalms.

Not to be technical, but it is labeled as Psalm because if you were to cite it you would not say Psalms 12:10. The correct way is Psalm 12:10. Proverbs is what the book itself is called so when citing that book you use the plural version. But yes, to refer to all of the psalms as plural is correct english but the book as a whole is Psalm.
