By your source and description, it seems a number of countries can be added:

British Virgin Islands (i.e. UK). Angola and Mozambique as parts were captured from Portugal during the 17th century. Yemen through Mocha. Ceylon, the current Sri Lanka. Dejima in Japan, one of the most famous trading posts and Malacca in Malaysia.
