Fiji should be on the list as well for Oceania, they won gold in 2016 for Rugby Sevens.

UK is incorrect. From Wiki; "Athletes from the United Kingdom, all but three of its overseas territories, and the three Crown dependencies, compete in the Olympic Games as part of the team Great Britain or Team GB."

Well, then if you want to really nitpick, none of those places are on the island of Great Britain....but they are under the sovereignty of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
