Couple fixes for any learners who are taking this and are confused-

"Suimasen" is slang (comes from speaking quickly). Properly, it's sumimasen - すみません.

"Shinda" is 死んだ, the casual past tense form of the verb. 死ぬ/shinu, the "dictionary form," means "to die," and would be more appropriate for this quiz.

Sayonara would be better spelled sayounara, fitting with さようなら

Similarly, chugoku/ちゅごく doesn't mean anything. It should be "chuugoku"/ちゅうごく.
