For the first time ever I wish I hadn't memorized the countries without using a map. This would be SO fun if I was still at the point where I could get most of them but had to rely on a map.
This is a great feature and looks fun, but theres no difference to just naming the countries of the world. Perhaps you could make a, ahem, spin off, using the same map feature.
Im pretty sure it zooms into the normal area for the normal map and then rotates that part of the map similarly. Probably something with the programming where it doesn't need to calculate too much rotation this way. Or maybe it is difficult to transform the coordinates while rotating, especially if they use Cartesian Coordinates rather than Polar.
Wow, this map actually severely confused me. I somehow missed Micronesia because of the distraction, especially with the cursed zoom, 195/196. Well done.
Antarctica be lookin pretty thiccYou believe in Earth?
Finish all 196 countries before you get sick!
The flip is coming!
1. Antarctica swirling
2. Continents moving
3. Countries distorting
And look away and you will notice:
1. Everything turning
