Great quiz! I'm absolutely flabbergasted that Papua New Guinea didn't show up though since it was essentially an Australian colony for a long time. Going to the Wikipedia page seems to mention "Papua and New Guinea" though... I wonder if you would consider this a mention?
I remember considering adding it but it doesn't refer to the modern day independant country. I had to draw a line somewhere and I decided not to include it

This was later referred to as "Papua New Guinea" at independence in 1975.
