Azerbaijan got independence from the USSR in 1920 and then was invaded by the Red Army so technically that's incorrect.

The GDP per capita answer is wrong. Azerbaijan has the lowest of the three, not the highest. Georgia's is almost 22,000, Armenia's is at about 19,500, and Azerbaijan's is about 18,700 USD
