Guessed on philtrum, doubted myself on bronchiole, almost didn't click vertebrae because misspelled as vertibrae. I hope the future humans evolve a Shatner's bassoon in their body. What is it for? It's for helping you breathe :D
The philtrum is known colloquially as the 'Soup Strainer', the skin between the bottom of your nose to the top of your lip; some are caved in a little. Bronchiole are the little branches that separate from the Esophagus which lead into respective lungs :)
The definition of philtrum sounds right, but "soup-strainer" is a humorous name for a moustache (for hopefully obvious reasons!).
Bronchioles branch off from the bronchi, which branch off from the trachea, also known as the wind pipe. The esophagus is a separate tube below the trachea which leads to the stomach. It's part of the digestive, not respiratory, system.
Great quiz overall, nommed
Shatner’s bassoon is explained here by British TV presenter Noel Edmonds on current affairs programme Brass Eye.

My doctor told me mine's shot - I thought I had a year to answer this quiz, but it turns out it's only 4 minutes.
I need to lay off the cake.
Putting a DWARF PLANET as a false answer is insane-
"The four canines in humans are the two upper maxillary canines and the two lower mandibular canines."
