Thanks for the comments. I'd gone with the Caribbean Countries and Territories quiz which includes it. That quiz does have a caveat about considering the Lesser Antilles the Eastern boundary though, and the Caribbean Sea wiki page agrees with you that Barbados doesn't touch it, so it's now a wrong answer.
