Thanks, that's nice to hear. Tried to do that where I could to not make it too obvious.

Lol yeah that was fun, my brain refused to recognize some of the combo words even when there was only 2 or 3 options left just because it was stuck in the part pronunciations

Soup-er quiz, very clever and much appreciated!

For some reason, with 3min 35sec remaining, I panicked and didn't see 'endanger' or 'reappear' as words and decided 'reapanger' and 'endpear' must be words.

Loved it.

Port+end doesn't appear as an option in the quiz. All the answers add in order as per the instructions. You've swapped the order around.

These are fun because when you try and put them together you think of them as separate words forming a compound word that rarely makes sense like "Thin King? Ohhh THINKING" 17/20, missed Budget, Soup, and Frogspawn

Endanger, as in “the toxic waste could endanger local wildlife”.

(The words always add in order from top to bottom.)

Isn’t the peg on the bottom of a cello or base called an endpin? Maybe it’s two words.
+1
Level 88
Dec 13, 2025
According to wikipedia it's more commonly spelled as two words, but the title of the page is one word, which is odd.

Either way, it's not in the Scrabble dictionary. I could fix it to be kind to the cellists, but it would mean resetting the stats.

As a cellist I would argue endpin is a word
