Considering the overseas territories of France are counted, surely the UK Overseas Territories should count.

I did not include the overseas territories of France (e.g. St. Martin and St. Pierre & Miquelon). I only included the overseas regions (Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion, and Mayotte). These are part of the country of France, similar to Hawai'i. The UK overseas territories (e.g. Falklands, Bermuda, St. Helena and dependencies) are not actually part of the UK, and instead are overseas territories. It's complicated, but I stated as such in the instructions.

Should Indonesia not count? If Papua New Guinea is considered part of Oceania, then surely the entire island of New Guinea is, including the Indonesian half.
