Most Conflicted Countries

The Global Peace Index has three domains. The first rates international and domestic conflicts for a country between 1 and 5 with 1 being the most peaceful. List the countries which scored higher than 3. Not sure what a country has to do to earn a 5..... Update: Apparently the world was far more peaceful in 2025, nine countries deleted from the list. * Not a Jetpunk country but recognised by the GPI among others.*
