I wonder why citypopulation.de does not consider Rhine-Ruhr to be a metro area, it is the largest metro area in Germany at 11.3 million

Why is it necessary to put "The Ruhr"? It should accept "Ruhr".

I find it annoying when quizzes have stuff like not accepting 'Ruhr' - requiring you to write The Ruhr - which is ridiculous. Essen and Dortmund should be accepted too. I note that while the English name is The Hague, you manage to accept Hague.....

I typed Ruhr and it wasn't accepted then I typed The Hague and it wasn't accepted...

I think you should accept those iterations...

Cologne to Düsseldorf already encompasses 'The Ruhr'.

But if you still feel the need to add it, accept 'Ruhr' then ffs.
