Since Jet Punk usually ignores articles, how about (La) Paz, Bolivia?

JetPunk doesn't ignore articles; it's the quiz maker who sets up the quiz in such a way that you don't have to keep typing the articles.

Jetpunk should really ignore articles. Does the UK begin with a "T"? I also tried La Paz.

La Paz is never referred to as "Paz" by most of us. UK is mostly referred to as UK or United Kingdom. There's a difference.

That's simply false. It is very uncommon to hear "UK" without "the" preceding it. At least here in the UK itself, anyway

Just accept it's La Paz and move on mate

It does with sentences and booktitles etc. But not proper names..

In titles, in every day speech, people often drop the first "the" most people say "lord of the rings" while it actually is "the lord of the rings" But noone commonly drops the article for placenames.

If we're ignoring articles, then The Netherlands should just be Nerlands.

But seriously, as Sergeantmalice says, accept that it's La Paz - it's only 2 letters.

Why is the last 'h' always removed from the answer? It's super annoying to end up writing 'hpalikirparamaribopristinapretoriaportmoresby' before looking up at the text field.

Like learning to type while looking at the screen, that's how you're supposed to do it (although I can't very well).

What a curious comment. What did you mean by it, Sifhraven?

He means that in cases like “Pittsburgh” JetPunk accepts Pittsburg, so many times people who actually know how to spell have the h before their next word. He means that JetPunk should stop catering to those who can’t spell and should only accept it with the H at the end.

Probably written without the h sometimes, but it does happen a lot and probably shouldn't with Edinburgh and Riyadh. I agree it is a bit annoying.
