There are over 1 million Punjabi speakers in the UK, compared with about 500-600 Cornish speakers. Also, 'Scots' is not the same thing as 'Gaelic'. Scots is an English language, wherease Scots Gaelic is Celtic. I'm not sure where this list came from, but it seems to be wildly inaccurate.

Scots Gaelic is actually the same Celtic language. As for Cornish, there are far more than 600 people in Cornwall who speak some Cornish.

Speaking as a Scot, Scots and Gaelic are completely different languages. They are not the same at all.
