My wife is from Carrasco - half of her childhood friends are called Gargiulo, Sanguinetti, Perotti, Borgia, etc... That was the most obvious one to me^^

i tried translating the motto but misspelled it as libertad o muerde’, and the meaning of that is oddly appropriate for a quiz with a question about that footballer.

Tried football, soccer, world championship, world championship football, world championship soccer, wc football, wc soccer etc.... I just quit to see what the right anser was and restarted.
