Biggest Cities within xx Km
I did find it difficult to figure out the parameters based on the given description, but the table in the answer section makes it much more clear and easier to understand. Maybe a more detailed example in the description section would be helpful. Out of curiousity - how is the distance is measured in the table. Is that in metres, feet... surely not km.
Also could you accept Luang Prabang as I believe it is the more common English spelling.
