I have no idea what you are looking for in this puzzle. Can you try to explain the directions a little differently? Thanks.

Sure, sorry but I am not good at writing instructions. For example Singapore makes the list because if you through all 196 countries of the world they all have at least a letter in common with it. Afghanistan has A, Albania has A again and so on until Zimbabwe which has E
