Countries with Capitals relatively further North/East/South/West... from their Geographical Center

For each bearing, find the 5 countries whose capitals lie relatively North/East etc compared to the Country's Geographical Center
Data from Portland State University (https://www.pdx.edu/econ/country-geography-data), for missing countries from CIA (https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/fields/2011.html)
Island Countries are excluded!
The number shown in brackets is D/R where D = distance travelling in the given direction from Country Centroid to Capital City, R = radius of circle with same size as country
Note that there inaccuracies in the calculations but they shouldn't be affecting the results much! The 'distance east' for example is travelled by multiplying the actual distance by cos (B - 90) where B is the 'rhombus' bearing you need to follow to reach the capital city from the country's geographical center
