canada has 3 "A's" and so does the United States of America. It shouldn't be on this list

Kazakhstan has 3 A's but has 5 neighbors so why is it on the list. Also Saudi Arabia has 4 A's but 5 neighbors, Albania has 3 A's but for neighbors.
