The first battle is underway, and as I expected, I've come across some trees in the road. Overall, things are looking nice, but there's still things that must be cleared up. Firstly...

GAME UPDATE #1: If you have purchased a Nuclear Missile (20), and your opponent has purchased a Deflector level 3 (10), then I will spin a randomized wheel to determine if the Nuclear Missile breaks through or is blocked. Instead of being completely overpowered, the Nuke now has a 50/50 chance to win you the fight. This same sequence also applies for a Tank Infantry. If you purchased a Tank Infantry (20), and your opponent purchased a Barricade level 3 (10), then I will spin a randomized wheel as well. I think this will solve the problem of overusing the high-value weapons (since the cost will remain the same). So, if this happened in one of the fights between you and your opponent, this rule will apply, and will apply for the rest of the war. If you happen to have purchased two of the same high-value items (Tanks or Nukes), then only one will be affected by your opponent's Deflector level 3 or Barricade level 3. The other will work as normal (being unstoppable), unless your opponent happened to have purchased two Deflector level 3's or two Barricade level 3's, thus another randomized wheel will be spun. Remember: Barricades can't stop Nukes, and Deflectors can't stop Tanks.

GAME UPDATE #2: If your opponent was inactive, I will reward half the points back you spent.

It has also been brought to my attention that the terminology for this simulation is still a little fuzzy. So here are all the words you need to know for this simulation:

Fight (thanks to MKF for "new" word) = 1 on 1 between one of your opponent's items and one of your items. Example: Infantry level 1 -vs- Barricade level 1. This would be a fight. There are 2 fights per battle.

Battle = Series of 2 fights between you and your opponent. This would be a battle. You bought two items for this previous battle, each item being used in one fight. There are at most three battles per round.

Round = Series of at most 3 battles between you and your opponent. This would be a round. Each round is a best two out of three scenario, meaning you must win the majority of the battles (two) to move on to the next round.

I hope this clears things up, because I'm not convinced everyone knows these words.

In this battle, the United Kingdom attacked South Korea with an Infantry level 3, while South Korea defended with a Barricade level 2. This Barricade is not enough to stop the Infantry, so the United Kingdom wins this fight. The United Kingdom attacked South Korea with a Tank Infantry, while South Korea attacked the United Kingdom with a Missile level 3. The result of this fight is a tie (since these items cannot affect each other), so a randomized wheel must be spun.

In this battle, both players purchased the same items (lol). The Deflectors are useless, and the Tank Infantry cancels out. So, a randomized wheel must be spun.

Germany attacked Brazil with a Nuclear Missile, while Brazil defended with a Deflector level 2. This Deflector is not enough to stop the Missile, so Germany wins this fight.

After the first battle, each player named in green gains 1 out of 2 points needed to advance. Every player also has their New Sum in green, so please take note of that.

A currency name idea (tweaked by me) was provided by user KiloNova. So now, when I refer to the currency's name, I will now say Fisks. After this round is over, every remaining player will receive 50 Fisks to replenish.

Overall, there was a surprising amount of inactive players. I hope these players don't stay inactive. Great battling by everyone who did play, each player fought valiantly.
