I always wonder....Homer's Odyssey, mythology or a history? His account is Agamemnon was King of Mycenae which is in Greece. Was the Trojan War myth or history? But it certainly wasn't Achilles, Ajax or Alexander so the answer is easy
Troy was a real place in Turkey. Have a google of Heinrich Schliemann if you're interested. There's a mix of truth and history, but that's not surprising for a war 1200 years BC!
Sorry about that. I was hoping it would be clear enough to be challenging but still guessable without being too wordy. That's why I didn't include anyone else who could have been mistaken for "king of Greece" during the Trojan War, like Menelaus or Odysseus. "What king led the Greeks in the Trojan War" or something along those lines would have been a better way to put it.
7/10 didn't know the cat, name for wounds, although I thought long that it might be stigmata before choosing something else, nor did I know the king of Greece.
Agamemnon was not the King of Greece. He was a king in Greece and the leader of the Greeks in their war against Troy. But Greece wasn't a kingdom, it was a loose group of city states.
Ooh, this was one of my best for a long time, 9,937! Just a moment of hesitation looking for Harold kept me from a personal best, but I'm very happy with the result
There was a leader of the expedition, and he was Agamennon, king of Mycenae.
Greece (or Hellas) was composed of many city-states, each with their own king, like Odysseus, king of Ithaca, or Menelaus, king of Sparta.
The question should be corrected.
Both Ajax were at least princes (sons of kings) and same with Achilles.
There was no Greece at the time and though Agamemnon leaded the Achaeans, his leadership was at times disputed.
The question is horribly formulated and wrong, doesn't matter if we can easily guess the answer.
Guessed wrongly on the Muslim question.
