May I recommend Gladys Knight (& the Pips). Music is not my strongest subject, but that is one that came to mind. Ow and Grace Jones.

Edit: I having looked them both up to check if spelling is correct and they are who I thought they are, I saw they both are connected to a James Bond movie. What are the odds :) not strong on Bond either as you can tell

It may be the songs chosen and the fact that it is on Jetpunk. "Edmund Fitzgerald" is probably known to geography/history buffs as well as music people. You have to be a pretty hardcore Deadhead to remember "Sugar Magnolia" from way back in 1970 something.

I'm not a Deadhead. But I remember "Sugar Magnolia". Most likely because I'm old.

Depends on where in the world it was released. In North America, it was released as Wham! (featuring George Michael) in most of the rest of the world it was released as George Michael. This has been an ongoing debate with the billboard number one songs of the 80s and of the year quizzes.
