dont be difficult unless u actually think tht it should be that way czech republic is the real name of czechia, but slovakia is officially named slovakia every country has a real real name tht they shouldnt be talked as like that for slovakia
FYI: If this quiz was in Portguese, it would also include: Itália (Italy), Moldávia (Moldova), Polônia (Poland), Tailândia (Thailand), Grécia (Greece), Finlândia (Finland), Islândia (Iceland), Líbia (Libya), Eritreia (Eritrea), Hungria (Húngary), Bielorrússia (Belarus), Ucrânia (Ukraine), and Suécia (Sweden).
I also end up getting answers that are there phonetically but not actually correct like Persia, Moldovia, Kenia, and Eritria. Sometimes I also end up making up countries (Maldia).
There's a couple of confusing names when you speak several languages. For example Iceland or Belgium end in "IA" when translated to Russian (Islandia, Belgia).
Greece keeps coming to mind as well because it's Grecia in Spanish :)
I'm really bad at finding certain countries with certain endings or starting letters for some reason, despite being able to name all the countries in the world. 16/38. Great quiz!
If you do anything to improve it, let me know.
(Not Gambia, The, it's The Gambia. Still ends in -ia.)
Kenya
Libya
North Korea
South Korea
Equatorial Guinea
Guinea
Papua New Guinea
Czechia
Bosnia
Abkhazia
South Ossetia
Transnistria

Just Bosnia is the colloquial name for convenience sake.
But it would not include Cambodia (Camboja)
The words just blur together as I run through them, and overlook things like Russia or St Lucia.
I guess my brain doesn't organize things phonetically or by suffixes.

"Hungaria."
