The only one I missed. Not surprising that it's the most commonly missed.

It's nice, but I think there shouldn't be the whammies rule, it feels like double penalty since you can't try the capital a second time.

I think the accepted distance might be too large. I don't know if there's a way to make it smaller for smaller countries, but I didn't know where Dushanbe were so I clicked in the middle of Tajikistan and it accepted even though it is right at the edge. I do think you could easily half the distance, and while some of the larger countries like Mongolia, India or Saudi Arabia will be harder, that might actually be a net benefit for the quiz.

I understand your point. For smaller countries, it's easier to get the point provided that you know the country from the capital, which is not the case for all users.

I fear that reducing the distance for small countries will cause the statistics to collapse.

Only missed Astana, closed the Almaty position 🙈. Tbf I still get confused whether their capital is Almaty or Astana so I'll give myself a pass there hah

Countries like bahrain and Singapore are way to small their capital spots cover the entire country.

So just touch Bahrain or Singapore anywhere near them

Got them all after around 4 tries. Nearly missed on a couple, namely Turkmenistan. For the smaller countries the rule of thumb is "when in doubt, go for the center", but with the larger countries it becomes a lot harder. I knew China and India no problem, but got Astana, Tehran, Kabul, Tashkent, and Ashgabat wrong on my first 2 tries.
