Read the caveat above. It's not in the same universe as the main events of the MCU (i.e. Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Ruffalo Hulk, Black Widow, GOTG, Tom Spidey etc.) There coming into the universe in Avengers: Doomsday (or I guess in the Thunderbolts post-credit scene, huh?)

They literally go to the MCU in that movie. (Thor, Happy Hogan are both in it for example).

The Marvel Cinematic Universe isnt defined as Earth 616. Its simply the name of the franchise and Fantastic 4 is in it.
