Ha I am so ignorant!

Just to give my two penn'orth again - I don't think anywhere other than Stanley in the Falklands is a city. Of course Stanley became a city in 2022 - before that there weren't any cities. (If you want to use some kind of population definition then maybe, but Darwin has a population of 7......!)
