I have a few suggestions:
Add more options for the missing ingredient of the Titan cure, the current answer is too specific. Same with Two Face
Maybe accept something like "a painting" for Riddler's first scannable item in Asylum
The total Riddler's trophies in City should be 440
The missing ingredient does work with just the two words after the name (won't say who so it doesn't spoil the quiz!)
The Two-Face one is a direct quote from the game, which is also one of the most famous quotes in the fandom
The first riddle accepts that now and also just includes the "P" word from the actual answer
The total amount of trophies in the game is more than 240 for just Batman, and it includes Catwoman as well as stated in the question
