As Joez said, Montenegro. "Congo" should be added as a type-in, or maybe at least "Republic of Congo" and "Republic of the Congo" if you want to avoid laziness!

Tried Congo, Republic of Congo and Republic of the Congo and none worked. Never heard of the country called Congo Republic?

Also tried Montenegro several times.

I agree, if Ivory Coast is accepted with the French spelling, then allow East Timor, as well. That, or exclude them both and note it in the instructions.
