I put the administrative capitals and if there were two I put the more important one. The winter capital of Himachal Pradesh is Dharamshala, but it isn't the primary capital. Maharashtra's winter capital is Nagpur. Uttarakhand's summer capital is Bhararisain. Karnataka's winter capital is Belagavi. The winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir is Jammu.
