I'm pretty surprised no Arabian countries take it, and because I knew (or thought I knew) it was Bolivia that seemed more likely. I'm probably equally surprised at how low Lima is even if it's near the coast lol

I also thought for sure it would be a Middle-Eastern or North African country. I did get the question right, but only after ruling out most of the other answers (B is La Paz, Bolivia; D is Wellington, NZ; and I'm pretty sure C is somewhere in Southeast Asia)

I lived in Lima for one year 60 years ago. I was afraid I would embarrass myself on this quiz, but only missed one. Never heard of that October tradition. Thanks for a good quiz.
