a load missing. where's uruguay, zimbabwe. germany are not in a tiered nation neither are brazil, belgium or south korea

I expected all 100+ nations and territories to be included in this quiz. I really don't get why you chose these countries. And what's the point with the hint column?

As of June 2016, World Rugby (worldrugby.org; no longer the "IRB") ranks 102 countries with national teams, from New Zealand (#1) to American Samoa (#102).
