The term 'semicolon' is quite regularly used to refer to groupings of parts of the colon; the 'right semicolon' refers to the colon from the cecum to the end of the transverse colon, while the 'left semicolon' includes the splenic flexure, descending, and sigmoid colon. While it would probably be better referred to as a 'hemicolon,' the term stands as it is.

There's a very funny quiz that's whether or not it's one of Tolkien's elves or a medication; seeing Celeborn on here reminded me of that haha.

I'm not convinced Placenta fits, actually. I found it confusing, as it's there temporarily, and it's shared between 2 different humans.

But it is indeed a part of human bodies, so not too much to complain about.

Isn’t calling a placenta a body part a bit like calling a tumor a body part?

An organ vs a mass of diseased cells? Not really.

not all tumors are diseased. moles being the some of the most common.

True I should say abnormal growth (dictionary definition). Could be benign or malignant. Still, a far cry from an essential organ.

I wouldn't say a Placenta is a typical part of a human body.
